Our Accessibility & Inclusion Promise

No child — and no parent — should ever miss out

My Wonderland was created from lived experience, by a parent who knows what it feels like to avoid public spaces that don't feel safe, calm or welcoming for a child with allergies or sensory needs. Everything we do is designed so that every family can relax, belong and take part.

A calm, sensory-aware environment

  • Regular low-sensory sessions with reduced numbers, no music and no arcade games, so children who can find busy spaces overwhelming can play comfortably.
  • A calm, predictable layout with quiet spots where a child — or parent — can take a moment to reset.

Allergy-aware & nut-free café

  • Our café is fully nut-free and fryer-free, with a detailed allergen matrix so you don't have to scan every ingredient.
  • Food-handling staff are trained in food safety, and our practices are aligned with Coeliac Society guidance.
  • If you have questions about a specific allergy, just ask a team member — we're happy to help you choose safely.

Welcoming children of all abilities

  • Our team is trained in emotionally-intelligent, patient hosting, so children who are neurodiverse, anxious or new to indoor play are met with kindness, not judgement.
  • Parents and caregivers are welcome to stay and take part; there's comfortable seating with clear views of the play areas.
  • Affordable $14 weekday entry helps make play accessible for families under financial pressure.

Family facilities — one less thing to carry

  • Free nappies and wipes for our customers — if you're caught short, we've got you.
  • Free nappy bags in the baby-change area, ready to use.
  • A dedicated breastfeeding area for a quiet, comfortable feed — and of course you're welcome to breastfeed anywhere in the venue.

Getting here & moving around

  • Ground-floor entry with on-site parking close to the door.

Tell us what you need

We'd love to make your visit work for your family. If there's something that would help — a quieter time, a specific food need, or support with access — please get in touch before you visit. We keep listening and improving, because inclusion isn't a feature for us — it's the whole point.
