Frequently Asked Questions

How do you keep My Wonderland clean and hygienic?+

Hygiene is a big deal for us. Everyone — adults and children — must wear socks past the entrance gate (no shoes, no bare feet), which keeps the play surfaces clean. Our team cleans and sanitises play equipment, tables and bathrooms throughout the day, and the whole playground gets a thorough clean after closing. We're also a 100% nut-free facility and outside food isn't permitted, which helps us keep children with allergies safe. If you ever spot something that needs attention, let our team know and we'll sort it straight away.

Do you limit play sessions?+

There is no session limit. Children can play for the whole day.

Do adults need to wear socks?+

Due to hygiene reasons, no shoes or bare feet are allowed past the entrance gate. All adults and children need to be wearing socks to enter. If you forget your socks, we have some available for sale for $3.50.

Can we bring food / lunch boxes?+

Outside food is not allowed. We run a nut-free facility and do our best to keep our customers with food allergies safe. However, baby food is allowed. Please speak to our team if you have any specific dietary requirements — our café can safely cater for almost all food allergy requirements.

Is there an age restriction?+

My Wonderland is designed for 0–12 year olds, and your inner child. Just be aware that for safety reasons adults are not allowed on the trampoline. We encourage you to get in on the fun and enjoy your time through the playground with your child(ren).

Who supervises the children?+

Children must be supervised by their adults at all times.

What clothing should the children wear?+

Any clothes they feel comfortable in. For hygiene and safety reasons, non-slip socks are required to be worn at all times by children and adults. You can bring your own socks or purchase from us.

Do we need to book before coming?+

No booking required.

Can I drop off my child(ren) and return later to fetch them?+

Unfortunately not. We are not a childcare facility and a parent / guardian must remain onsite at all times with your child(ren).
