Free at the front desk. Get a stamp every time you pay full-price entry — play 9 times and your 10th visit is on us.
One stamp per child per day. Full-price casual entries only — member and MyPass entries aren't stamped. Friends visiting with a member collect stamps on their paid entry.
Questions, answered
How does weekly billing work?+
Your card is charged automatically each week. There's a 4-week minimum when you join — after that you can cancel anytime in My Account, no forms and no fees. Your membership runs to the end of the week you've paid for.
Can I pause our membership?+
Yes — weekly memberships can be paused for up to 4 weeks each year (sick spells, holidays away). Pausing and restarting takes one tap in My Account.
Is a membership per child?+
Yes, each membership covers one named child. Every additional sibling's membership is 20% off. One accompanying adult is free per member child, same as our door policy — and under-1s are free with a paid or member sibling.
Does membership cover weekends and school holidays?+
Yes. Every membership includes unlimited entry every day we're open — weekends, school holidays and event days included.
Weekly or annual — which is right for us?+
If you're trying us out or visiting for a season, go weekly: you can cancel after 4 weeks. If you know you'll be regulars all year, the Wonder Kids Club works out cheapest per week and adds the merch pack — but it's a 12-month commitment.
What happens when my child turns 4?+
Their membership moves to the 4–12 price from the next billing week (or at renewal for annual passes). We'll let you know before anything changes.
Can we change tiers?+
Anytime. Upgrades take effect straight away; downgrades from your next billing week.
Do members collect stamps on the Wonder Stamp Card?+
No — stamps are for full-price casual entries, and members never pay entry. A friend who comes with you and pays entry does collect a stamp, even with your friend discount applied.
Is the annual pass refundable?+
The Wonder Kids Club is a 12-month pass and is non-refundable and non-transferable once activated. If something big changes for your family, get in touch — we're parents too.

Socks for everyone, please (grown-ups included) — and we're a nut-free venue.
Memberships are per child, non-transferable, and require a named child and account holder. Weekly memberships: 4-week minimum term, then cancel anytime; billing continues until cancelled; pause up to 4 weeks per calendar year. Wonder Kids Club: 12-month term from activation, non-refundable, non-transferable. Discounts can't be combined with other offers, vouchers, or party bookings unless stated. Free drinks: one barista drink (grown-up) and, on Wonder Legend, one kids' slushie per child per day of visit. Friend passes and discounts apply to standard entry for a guest visiting with the member. Entry subject to capacity on peak days. Memberships and all inclusions are valid at your home centre — the My Wonderland location where you joined. Wonder Kids Club additionally includes 4 entries per year at any other My Wonderland location. Prices include GST and may change with 30 days' notice.
