You pay your package deposit online when you book — that locks in your date, room and package. The balance (extra children, add-ons, cakes and upgrades) is due one week before the party. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Afterpay.

Yes — date changes are free with 14 or more days' notice, so just get in touch and we'll move you to another available slot. Inside 14 days a $200 change fee may apply, at our discretion.

Give us a call as early as you can. The deposit that secures your date, room and package is non-refundable — it's what holds the slot and takes it off the calendar for everyone else. If your balance has already been paid, or something serious has come up, ring us and we'll talk through your options. If you only need a different date rather than a cancellation, a date change is free with 14+ days' notice.

Not today — booking only locks in your date, room and package. As soon as your deposit goes through you get My Account, where you choose your party theme, add your guest list and party bags, pick the kids' meals and snacks, order catering for the grown-ups, add a cake or cupcakes, and browse optional add-ons like balloons, face painting and shows. Take your time: everything can be changed right up until you settle your balance the week before the party.

We email you a link the moment your booking is confirmed, and you can get back in any time from the Log in button at the top of the site. Your booking is waiting there with everything still to choose — nothing is locked until your balance is paid, and your saved details update as you go.

Your theme, guest list, meals and adult catering just need to be finalised by the week before the party. A few extras need longer because they're made to order: edible-image cakes and cupcakes need 5–7 days' notice, fully custom cakes 9–16 days, acrylic toppers 16 days, and partner add-ons like entertainers and balloons show their own order-by date when you add them. If something has closed, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

No stress — your deposit covers the included children no matter what. You finalise your guest list in Manage Booking closer to the day, and any extra children are simply added to your balance at your package's per-child rate.

Yes! You can upgrade from Wonder to Deluxe or VIP (or Deluxe to VIP) any time until a week before your party, right from Manage Booking. You only pay the difference.

Absolutely — a party room booking is the one time outside cake is welcome (don't forget candles and a cake knife). Or skip the errand and order a custom or edible-image cake through Manage Booking and we'll have it waiting.

We're a 100% nut-free venue with an allergy-friendly kids' meal available. Note any allergies in your guest list and our team caters around them.

Because in our experience that's genuinely all most parties need. The room is for eating, cake and presents — and by the time that's done the kids are itching to get back out and play. More often than not they're off playing before the hour is even up. Remember the room is only part of it: every guest has all-day playground entry, so the fun starts well before you go in and carries on long after you come out. If you'd rather have longer, you can add an extra hour when you book or any time afterwards in My Account.

One adult is free with every child, and under-1s are free too. Socks required for everyone — we sell them for $3.50 if you forget.

Our little-party package for 4–7 children, weekdays only — all the same Wonder inclusions with a smaller room booking. It includes first 4 children (minimum 4, maximum 7).
